What we do

Environmental Designs Party

Culture

Team means everything to us, and we strongly believe that  great culture grows great teams. Culture at Environmental Designs is managed by a committee open to all employees. We meet monthly, and during time we discuss and plan ways to boost culture throughout the organization. We also review nominations for individual and team recognition, we collectively vote on the GEM award (Going the Extra Mile) and the TEAM award (Together We Achieve More); these awards determine the employee of the month winners.

Our monthly office events are popular among employees.  These events are planned by our culture committee and the theme changes every month. In the past we’ve had barbeques, cook outs, taco trucks, surprise breakfasts, hosted dinners, and much more. We are  always looking for new ways to celebrate and say thanks for the hard work our teams put in to make us the best.

Our annual summer picnic is always a big hit with the entire family! Our parties feature  food trucks, bounce castles, face painting, mechanical bulls, over $5,000 in prizes, and lots of fun games and great conversation. Our annual holiday party is a very memorable affair. It is a fun-filled night with casino games, great food, drinks, games, prizes, a DJ, and dancing.

Not only do we celebrate on an annual and monthly basis, but we also show our appreciation to our associates weekly by celebrating on Thursdays with a happy hour social after work.

Our culture is widely recognized, and it shows. It can be seen on community bulletin boards and monthly employee newsletters and because of this we tend to receive many employee referrals.

Scholarships

We truly believe we are a family, and we show that by offering scholarship opportunities for our team members and their families. We offer five $1000 scholarships and one $5000 scholarship every semester. The application process is easy, and we award the winners at our Summer and Holiday Party for the following school semester.
